Knee arthroscopy is a modern, minimally invasive surgical technique that allows precise diagnosis and treatment of various wrist conditions. Dr. Siddharth Jain uses modern arthroscopic instruments and sterile protocols to ensure precision, safety, and optimal outcomes.

What is Knee Arthroscopy ?

Knee arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure in which a small camera (arthroscope) and specialized instruments are inserted through tiny incisions to examine, diagnose, and treat wrist problems. This technique allows for precise repair of wrist ligaments, cartilage, and bone injuries without the need for large open surgery.

Common Conditions Treated

At Siddharth’s Clinic, we specialize in treating a wide range of wrist conditions using advanced arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques. Furthermore, these procedures help provide accurate diagnosis, reduced tissue damage, faster recovery, and improved joint function. In addition, personalized treatment and rehabilitation programs are designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance long-term wrist stability. Conditions commonly treated include:

  • Wrist ligament tears such as scapholunate and lunotriquetral ligament injuries, which may cause pain, weakness, and instability
  • TFCC (Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex) injuries, often associated with wrist pain during rotation or gripping activities
  • Ganglion cysts and wrist masses, which can lead to discomfort, swelling, stiffness, or restricted movement
  • Cartilage damage or degenerative arthritis, thereby affecting smooth joint movement and wrist flexibility
  • Wrist fractures and non-unions, requiring precise treatment to restore alignment, strength, and function
  • Chronic wrist pain and stiffness, especially when symptoms persist despite conservative treatment

Moreover, advanced wrist arthroscopy allows smaller incisions, reduced postoperative discomfort, quicker rehabilitation, and faster return to daily activities. Therefore, early diagnosis and timely treatment are essential for preventing long-term joint damage and maintaining healthy wrist function.

Advantages of Knee Arthroscopy

  • Minimally invasive procedures with smaller incisions and minimal scarring, thereby promoting better cosmetic outcomes and reduced tissue damage
  • Reduced post-operative pain and faster recovery, allowing patients to regain comfort and mobility more quickly
  • Accurate diagnosis and precise treatment of wrist injuries through advanced arthroscopic techniques
  • Shorter hospital stay and earlier return to daily activities, work, and sports participation
  • Precise repair of damaged ligaments, cartilage, and soft tissues to restore wrist stability and function
  • Furthermore, lower risk of complications and reduced stiffness compared to traditional open surgical procedures
  • In addition, improved joint visualization during surgery helps ensure more effective and targeted treatment outcomes
  • As a result, patients often experience enhanced wrist movement, better strength, and long-term functional improvement

Knee Arthroscopy And Its Procedure

Dr. Siddharth Jain uses advanced orthopedic and minimally invasive techniques to ensure safe, precise, and effective wrist surgery outcomes. Furthermore, each treatment plan is carefully customized according to the patient’s condition, severity of injury, and functional requirements. In addition, the focus remains on pain relief, restoration of wrist movement, improved stability, and faster recovery. These advanced treatment approaches include:

  • Diagnostic wrist arthroscopy – performed to accurately identify the exact cause of wrist pain, instability, stiffness, or joint damage, thereby enabling precise treatment planning
  • Therapeutic wrist arthroscopy – used to repair ligament tears, remove ganglion cysts, treat cartilage injuries, and manage other wrist joint conditions through minimally invasive techniques
  • Ganglion cyst excision – minimally invasive removal of painful or restrictive cysts, which further helps relieve discomfort and improve wrist mobility
  • Ligament reconstruction – precise surgical repair or reconstruction of damaged wrist ligaments to restore stability, strength, and proper joint function
  • Post-operative physiotherapy – customized rehabilitation programs designed to improve flexibility, restore motion, strengthen wrist muscles, and support long-term recovery
  • In addition, structured follow-up care and rehabilitation guidance help ensure optimal healing and reduce the risk of recurrent wrist problems

As a result, these advanced wrist treatment techniques help minimize pain, reduce tissue damage, promote faster healing, and restore overall wrist function more effectively.
